Cash For Keys
Customer may choose any of these services or none at all. We will send the CFK letter, physically post the property, and door knock with the offer via local RE agent. If accepted, we can confirm that the terms of the CFK agreement have been met and present the check to the tenant when appropriate.
Legal Eviction
We handle both post-foreclosure and landlord/tenant evictions. Through our nationwide network of attorneys, including the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, we will assign local counsel through our technology platform. What is the cost to proceed with the eviction?
Fees differ by state. We charge a management fee for evictions, while receiving the lowest industry rates available from our nationwide attorney network normally only provided to larger financial institutions. This allows our clients to get the best rates available.
What is the timeline to complete an eviction?
This differs by state and occupant type. An average eviction timeline for an uncontested matter where the property is occupied by the previous owner are below. If the property is tenant occupied or the matter is contested this can extend this timeline 90 days or more. There are also certain counties/jurisdictions that can be delayed due to current staffing available and backlog. Please see eviction timelines per state.
What information will I need to provide to start the eviction process?
Foreclosure property- A copy of the recorded deed and any occupant information. Landlord/Tenant property- A copy of the lease, ledger, and any notices and proof of service for those notices will be needed.
How do I find out the status of my case?
You will be assigned a Single Point of Contact at our office who will handle the oversight of your case from start to finish and provide you with regular updates as the case progresses.
